I remembered my first SamsungMobile NOTE when the first handheld with a pen was first launched back in 2010, it cost me circa RM 2,600; 9 years later NOTE 9 circa RM 3,600 (with add-on); average RM 100 increment per year in price but the anticipation & eagerness seemed faltered.
Unless they guarantee a free one for one new replacement on units that have repeat same issues then only can Samsung be considered. Too many issues with several mobile products.
