GEORGE TOWN: Penang Barisan Nasional will hold two"ceramah perdana" on the mainland and island so that voters will gain insights into current events before deciding on who to vote for in the 15th General Election.
"Barisan candidates' top priority is to revive the economy, but in order to do that, we need a stable government to promote the development plan. "If the people of Penang send Barisan's candidates to Parliament, they will speak for the constituents," he told a press conference at the Penang MCA headquarters in Transfer Road on Tuesday .
On another matter, he poured cold water on incumbent Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin's claim that the constituency had become a"world class city" after RM50mil was spent over the years.
