Tertuduh, Nur Humaira Shanuk Haziki mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Majistret Kuala Lumpur atas pertuduhan mencuri dan menggunakan wang milik ibu saudaranya untuk membeli iPhone 14 Pro.
Berdasarkan kertas pertuduhan, dia didakwa mencuri kad debit milik ibu saudara tirinya, yang berusia 26 tahun dan mengeluarkan wang berjumlah RM8,200 tanpa pengetahuan wanita itu. Bagi pertuduhan pilihan pula, dia didakwa menyalahgunakan wang berkenaan yang dikeluarkan daripada akaun RHB tanpa pengetahuan, di lokasi sama pada tarikh sama.
Mahkamah turut menetapkan 18 Mei ini untuk sebutan semula kes bagi lantikan peguam dan serahan dokumen.
