TELECOMMUNICATION fraud gangs are using MyEG, Road Transport Department and Election Commission portals to obtain more in-depth information before swindling their victims.
Bukit Aman Commercial CID director Zainuddin Yaacob said these gangs also used the latest applications to communicate with the victims, as well as the dark web to obtain the target information.
