IPOH: Perak police has arrested four youths believed to be involved in the bullying incident at a boarding school in Kuala Kangsar.

Perak police chief Comm Datuk Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the boys, aged 13, were arrested at the Kuala Kangsar police headquarters on Friday between 6pm to 7pm.Earlier, comm Comm Mior Faridalathrash said the case is investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act for improper use of network facilities.

In a series of tweets uploaded by a twitter user using the handle @Ekax_, at least eight male students were seen taking turns to punch a boy.
