PETALING JAYA: Selangor needed a last-minute penalty to hold UiTM 3-3 at the UiTM Stadium in Shah Alam on Saturday (Sept 26).

The Red Giants had taken a 2-0 lead in the first half through Ifedayo Olusegun and Sandro Mendonca , but UiTM made a comeback in the second half thanks to a double from Gustavo Almeida and a goal from Rabih Ataya .

The Lion Troops thought they had the win, but Olusegun saved Selangor’s blushes by burying a penalty in the 96th minute. Meanwhile, in Kuantan, Kedah’s four-match winning run was ended by Pahang, as the Red Eagles were beaten by the Elephants 1-2 at the Darul Makmur Stadium.
