“The suspect broke the car window of a 30-year-old man before stealing a box of flour from inside the vehicle.
“The suspect tried to run away when a neighbour noticed him stealing but was caught by the victim and neighbour. “They then handed him over to the police for further action,” he said in a statement here on Saturday . He said they also found a spanner that was used to shatter the car window along with the box of flour on the 31-year-old man."The police will continue working closely with the public,” he said.
