KOTA KINABALU: Flash floods hit several areas in Kota Kinabalu and neighbouring Penampang due to bad weather that started on Wednesday morning (Sept 15).

The downpour which started just before noon is now a drizzle but is predicted to continue until later this evening.

This included the Road Transport Department premises there, where its parking lots and surrounding buildings have been badly flooded.
