The states are Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak and Perlis.

This is so confusing. And to be honest overall Malaysia case haven't even lower yet. Is it even ok to go into phase 2 when our overall cases are still so high? Won't it spike if relax now? I am confuse and worried at the same time.

Very soon, covid testing by states be discouraged and infected numbers fudge just to ensure it will not go into EMCO. Lower numbers due to less testing doesn’t mean lower cases. Infection may still continue to spread. Just lying to yourselves.
