"Penerbit yang layak dipilih berdasarkan corak kerja terbukti cemerlang dan rekod produksinya memuaskan. Kami ingin membantu mereka secepat mungkin untuk memulakan kerja produksi dalam tempoh enam bulan ini," katanya. "Sebolehnya, kami ingin percepatkan proses ini dan disebabkan itu mengikat kerjasama dengan MPB. Sebaik dikenal pasti, kami akan hulurkan bantuan supaya penerbit boleh terus mulakan kerja produksi mereka," katanya.
