“These projects will not be spent this year because if [it was disbursed] in May, they will have to do the preliminary design, basic work and training [first],” said Lim, who is also DAP secretary-general. However, on a positive note this will create a “double barrel” spending for 2020 which will help boost the economic performance of the country.
