THE Kedah government insists on being paid for the raw water supply to Penang, even if the federal government should decide to intervene in the matter, said Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor. He said development projects that had been planned, especially in the Sungai Muda area, would proceed for the benefit of the people in Kedah.
