Ketua Polis Daerah Gombak Asisten Komisioner Samsor Maarof berkata, suspek bersama seorang lagi rakannya yang masih bebas mensasarkan premis rumah kedai dan pejabat sekitar Rawang. “Suspek menggunakan pemutar skru untuk mengumpil pintu premis, mereka mencuri barangan berharga kemudian dijual pada harga RM100 hingga RM200.
“Kenderaan pelbagai guna Toyota Wish digunakan suspek dipercayai klon, semakan dengan Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan juga tidak menemui sebarang rekod.Menurutnya, kumpulan itu dipercayai aktif sejak awal tahun ini dan melakukan jenayah bermula tengah malam hingga awal pagi. Jelasnya polis turut komputer riba, telefon bimbit, kunci kereta, peralatan pecah pejabat, pakaian dan jam tangan disyaki hasil aktiviti jenayah daripada suspek.
