Penang state executive councillor Jagdee Singh Deo says no PPR projects were listed for Penang.

State executive councillor Jagdeep Singh Deo said: “We would want some clarification from the ministry on the PPR projects’ status in Penang. We hope that the ministry would review and reconsider giving some priority to Penang .” He said that the ministry had stated that although no new PPR projects have been approved, 11 existing PPR projects had been implemented for a total estimated cost of RM890 million.
