Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the victim was driving home with wife when he swerved into another lane in Kampung Pandan Dalam here and almost hit the suspect, who was riding a motorcycle, at 2.24pm on Thursday ."The victim suffered a brain haemorrhage and injuries to his hands while the suspect suffered a head injury. Both received treatment at Hospital Ampang," he said on Sunday adding that the suspect was detained in Ampang at about 6.20pm on Friday .
ACP Mohamad Farouk said the case was being investigated under Section 326 of the Penal Code for causing hurt and Section 15 of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
