: Seorang lelaki dijatuhkan hukuman penjara 30 tahun dan 12 sebatan kerana mengedar dadah jenis kanabis seberat hampir dua kilogram, empat tahun lepas.
“Jadi hukumannya, setelah saya mendengar dan menimbang rayuan mitigasi dikemukakan melalui peguam kamu dan hujahan pemberat yang ditimbulkan pihak pendakwaan, saya memutuskan kamu dijatuhkan hukuman penjara 30 tahun dari tarikh tangkap dan 12 sebatan,” katanya. Seramai 10 saksi dipanggil memberi keterangan sepanjang perbicaraan yang bermula sejak 10 April 2023 dengan kes dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Ala’uddin Baharom manakala Peguam Shah Rizal Abdul Manan mewakili Muhammad Nur Arif.
