With the easing of more virus curbs, food operators are struggling to ensure that standard operating procedures are not blatantly violated or overlooked.
“Following the SOP is a priority for us but some blatantly ignore the rules. Even though we try to advise them, they act like nothing has happened – with some even rudely scolding our staffers. “It is not fair to only compound eatery owners if their customers refuse to adhere to the SOP although they have been advised several times,” he said.
Jz insist politely that ur customers must comply wt SOPs set. Otherwise u don't entertain them. Some may bad-mouth or boycott u, but many more will applaud & appreciate ur part in defeating Covid-19.
