KOTA BHARU: Dewan Undangan Negeri Kelantan menunggu keputusan Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia untuk menentukan nasib Mohd. Azizi Abu Naim sebagai Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Nenggiri selepas beliau menyatakan sokongan kepada Perdana Menteri.
“Jika Bersatu putuskan Mohd. Azizi bukan lagi ahli mereka kerana telah melanggar perlembagaan parti maka DUN akan bertindak mengikut peraturan diperuntukkan,” katanya ketika ditemui pada Jamuan Hari Raya Aidilfitri Pas Kawasan Pengkalan Chepa, di sini hari ini. Katanya, hanya dua kuasa eksekutif iaitu mahkamah dan Speaker Dewan Rakyat atau Speaker DUN yang boleh memutuskan sama ada kerusi tersebut perlu dikosongkan atau tidak.
“Dua kuasa eksekutif itulah yang akan memastikan gugur atau tidak jawatan wakil rakyat terlibat. Jadi kita perlu dan lihat perkembangannya nanti,” ujarnya.
