REMBAU: Dua anggota tentera antara tiga individu yang dihadapkan ke Mahkamah Majistret Rembau hari ini atas pertuduhan memiliki dadah di sebuah premis kediaman di Gemas, Tampin, minggu lalu.
Berdasarkan pertuduhan, kesemua secara bersama didapati dalam milikan mereka dadah berbahaya jenis Methamphetamine dengan anggaran berat 6.20 gram. Oleh itu, kesemua tertuduh telah melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 12 Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 39A akta yang sama serta dibaca bersama Seksyen 34 Kanun Keseksaan.
