Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the suspect was nabbed around 6pm at a chalet near Batu Kurau Perak on Thursday .
Comm Mohd Shuhaily said the suspect has also been sent to Penang Hospital to treat his allergies before being sent to the lockup to serve his remand order. Of the six police personnel who were remanded following the escape, Comm Mohd Shuhaily said the investigation points to an element of negligence that existed during the incident.
