The couple – a 30-year-old man and his 17-year-old foreign girlfriend – mixed drugs with coffee powder and were selling it for RM150 a packet to customers in Taman Desa.
Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Zailrulnizam Mohd Zainuddin@Hilmi said the couple was detained in the 4.30pm raid on Friday. “We seized 21.4g of methamphetamine, 33.7g of ketamine and 1.6kg of 3,4-Methylenedioxy methamphetamine. “Investigations revealed the man has been renting the unit for six months at RM2,300 a month,” ACP Zailrulnizam said yesterday.
“We are investigating further to uncover their drug network,” he said, adding that the man tested positive for methamphetamine.
