"A Prime Minister cannot be simply changed, only the people can change me with their votes," he told a press conference here before heading home Sunday .
Dr Mahathir was commenting on a video of Tunku Ismail as saying that the prime minister should be changed. The 93-year-old premier had arrived here on Wednesday for a five-day working visit to attend the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation .
