FACTORY operators who store toxic wastes are urged not to carry out illegal dumping while a major inspection is being carried out by the authorities. Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Minister Yeo Bee Yin said it is feared that factory operators will resort to illegal dumping to avoid notice from the authorities.
