Menteri Kesihatan Dr Zaliha Mustafa, berkata semua doktor kontrak tertakluk kepada integriti sebagai penjawat awam dan etika perkhidmatan awam.
“Dari segi pelan kecemasan, kita buat juga pemantauan dan pengarah kesihatan negeri serta hospital dalam mod berjaga-jaga,” katanya menurut Berita Harian. Mengulas sama ada KKM akan mengambil tindakan terhadap doktor kontrak terlibat mogok, Zaliha berkata, mereka tertakluk kepada integriti sebagai penjawat awam dan etika perkhidmatan awam.
