Mengikut pertuduhan yang dibacakan secara berasingan, Shahrul Fadli dan remaja lelaki berusia 18 tahun didakwa bergerak dari kediaman masing-masing iaitu di Kampung Gondang, Bukit Payong dan Kampung Bukit Parit, Marang ke suatu kawasan tempatan jangkitan yang lain iaitu di Jalan Kampung Cangkul Pak Abbas, pada 6.30 petang, 3 Mei lalu.
