Tengku Mohamad Rizam yang juga Tengku Temenggong Kelantan berkata, tindakan tegas penguatkuasaan di bawah Seksyen 121 Enakmen Maik 1994 itu telah mendapat perkenan Sultan Kelantan.“Lebih mendukacitakan lagi apabila wujud kluster baharu dan penambahan kes sedia ada Covid-19 akibat ketidakpatuhan SOP dikeluarkan,” katanya.
