KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall prioritised instructions from the Federal Territories minister when making decisions regarding applications by developers, the High Court heard on Thursday .

Former DBKL economic planning and development department director Ab Salim Mansor said this under examination by Deputy Public Prosecutor Hadariah Siri, who asked about the procedure used by DBKL when dealing with instructions from the minister.

The former Federal Territories minister was charged on Jan 23, 2019 for allegedly receiving RM2mil as a bribe from Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd chairman Tan Sri Chai Kin Kong.
