Jawatankuasa Disiplin DAP tidak akan bertoleransi dengan mana-mana ahli yang menerima jawatan daripada kerajaan PN atau masih bersama atau membantu wakil rakyat yang mengkhianati perjuangan parti itu.
Beliau berkata, Kong Lai Ling, Ng Sook Whye dan Khi Poh Chong didapati aktif membantu Adun Tronoh, Paul Yong Choo Kiong yang dipecat selepas mengumumkan beliau keluar parti dan menyokong Perikatan Nasional . Chong berkata, mereka bertiga turut terlibat dalam “counter protest” di Pusat Khidmat Yong selepas akar umbi DAP yang lain mengadakan bantahan lompat parti sebelum ini.
Mereka ialah Dan Adriel Daniel Velloo, Angeline Phillip Joe Phillip, P Murugiah, Joseph Hendry Kovil Pillai John, Amir Abdullah, R Marimutu, S Theivanai dan William John Johin Bin.
