Bekas menteri kewangan itu berkata nilai moratorium yang sudah tamat itu, bernilai RM90 bilion, kepada 8 juta individu dan peminjam korporat suatu pelepasan kewangan besar yang membantu menyelamat mata pencarian, perniagaan, dan pekerjaan.
