MAHKAMAH Tinggi gagal membuktikan Najib Razak mempunyai kepentingan peribadi ketika mempengerusikan mesyuarat Kabinet yang membincangkan jaminan kerajaan untuk mendapatkan RM42 juta daripada SRC International, Mahkamah Rayuan mendengar hari ini. Ketua peguam Muhammad Shafee Abdullah berkata kepentingan kewangan Najib terhadap SRC sama sekali tidak timbul kerana fakta pemegangan sahamnya sebagai Menteri Kewangan Diperbadankan pada mula secara tidak langsung, dan selepas itu secara langsung.
