Beroperasi di sebuah bilik gerakan, semua penyelarasan maklumat, isu, dan masalah yang timbul dari semua entiti UPM di laksanakan termasuk mengemaskini aktiviti utama bagi membendung penularan wabak koronavirus baharu .Dr Azmawani Abd Rahman berkata, setiap hari maklumat berkaitan tahap risiko warga UPM akan dianalisa dan mereka yang didapati berisiko tinggi termasuk di Kampus Bintulu akan terus dihubungi segera bagi mendapatkan maklumat lebih lanjut.
“Selain itu, data berkaitan bilangan pelajar dalam kolej penginapan, bilangan pergerakan keluar dan masuk ke dalam kawasan kampus, bilangan staf dan pelajar yang berkaitan dengan kes Covid-19, jadual agihan makanan secara percuma kepada pelajar, senarai agihan penyumbang turut dikemaskini serta dipantau,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan.
Katanya, bilik gerakan berkenaan juga bertindak memastikan tahap keselamatan dan kebersihan makanan di setiap kolej yang diwartakan sentiasa di tahap terbaik.
