The Health director-general said the new Pengkalan Barat cluster, involving the southwestern districts of Penang, as well as Kerian, Kuala Kangsar and Kinta in Perak, had 19 positive cases out of 251 individuals screened.The new Bakti cluster was detected at a prison in Seremban, Negri Sembilan, with the index case being a prisoner who was found positive when screening new inmates.
