He said the schools - SK Tanah Kebun in Parit Buntar as well as SK Klebang Jaya and SMK Aminuddin Baki in Chemor - would be closed for seven days from Monday until Oct 25 for cleaning and disinfection procedures.
On Oct 11 and 12, six schools in Larut Matang Selama district and one school in Lekir were ordered to close."We urge everyone to follow the standard operating procedures laid down by the National Safety Council and Health Ministry in order to break the Covid-19 chain," he said.
