KUALA LUMPUR: Six new clusters were detected on Wednesday (Dec 29), bringing the total active clusters to 227, says the Health Ministry.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were also no Covid-19 cases logged among flood victims, Bernama reports.

There were 110 cases of infectious diseases among flood victims involving acute respiratory infections , skin disease and acute gastroenteritis . He said from the total new cases, 56 were in categories three, four and five while the remaining transmissions were in categories one and two with no or mild symptoms.
