KOTA KINABALU: Sabah's daily Covid-19 cases continued their downward trend with none of the state's districts reporting figures in the triple digits, the first time since Feb 4.

State Covid-19 spokesman Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said the number of new cases showed a stabilising trend with some districts showing a marked decline.However, some districts recorded an increase, namely Lahad Datu and Ranau .A total of 15 districts recorded double-digit cases, nine districts recorded single-digit cases while Semporna, Kunak and Nabawan districts did not record any new infections Sunday.

The number of active clusters in Sabah was down to 14, with the Jalan Pintas Sembulan Cluster , Sutera Cluster 2 , Giram Cluster and Kemburongoh Cluster 2 declared over, Masidi added. He said a total of 326 or 96.16% of Sunday's cases were in Category 1 and 2, two in Category 3, seven cases in Category 4 and four cases in Category 5.
