PETALING JAYA: The trend of more Covid-19 recoveries than new cases continues.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, in his daily statement, said that 4,985 recoveries were recorded on Thursday against the 4,262 new cases.

He added that 383 cases required treatment at ICU, and 198 cases needed ventilators.The national infectivity rate value is currently at 0.92.All other states recorded values of 1.0 or below, with Sarawak recording the lowest at 0.74.
