Covid-19: Pegawai terbabit PKPSN 2020 diarah jalani saringan

Ketua Pengarah dan juga Ketua Hakim Syarie, Datuk Dr Mohd Na'im Mokhtar, dalam satu kenyataan berkata, pegawai terbabit juga sudah diarahkan menjalani tempoh kuarantin seperti yang ditetapkan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia , termasuk menjarakkan diri daripada ahli keluarga dan mematuhi segala prosedur bagi mengelakkan penularan dan jangkitan sekiranya positif, kepada ahli keluarga dan pihak lain.

Katanya, beliau mempengerusikan Mesyuarat Penyelarasan Perkhidmatan dan Operasi Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Negeri dan Mahkamah Syariah Negeri secara dalam talian petang semalam dengan dianggotai Ketua Hakim Syarie Negeri-negeri, Ketua Pendaftar Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah/Mahkamah Syariah Negeri-negeri, Presiden Persatuan Peguam Syarie Malaysia, wakil Jabatan Bantuan Guaman Malaysia dan wakil Jabatan Pendakwaan Syarie Wilayah Persekutuan.

"Persidangan ini diadakan di dua lokasi berbeza iaitu di Hotel Movenpick KLIA, Sepang dan Hotel Pullman Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar dan kehadiran Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri adalah semasa Majlis Perasmian PKPSN 2020 pada 29 September 2020 dan Majlis Perasmian Penutup pada 30 September 2020. Beliau berkata membabitkan perkhidmatan dan operasi, termasuk prosiding perbicaraan, sebutan kes, majlis sulh dan pendaftaran kes, yang membabitkan orang awam, akan berjalan seperti biasa bagi JKSN/MSN yangKatanya, ia termasuk JKSN Pahang, Kedah, Perak, Perlis, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Sabah kecuali Mahkamah Syariah Kota Kinabalu, Tawau, Lahad Datu dan Semporna.
