The Health director-general said this brought the total number of new Covid-19 cases in the country to 21 on Thursday .
"Following screening of close contacts and active case detection, another positive case was detected involving a medical officer who treated the index case," he said in a statement. He said the screening also detected Covis-19 infections involving a local signing off from the Sipitang Port while another local returning from China.
He added that this brings the total number of cumulative cases to 10,052 with 674 active cases in the country.
