"Jika kita dapat mengawal kes kepada satu digit dalam tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan ini membuktikan kita mampu memutuskan rantaian Covid-19. Dr Noor Hisham berkata, penurunan kes akan membuka ruang kepada lebih banyak sektor ekonomi dan sosial untuk kembali beroperasi. Dalam pada itu, Dr Noor Hisham memaklumkan, seramai 269 etnik Rohingya yang ditahan di Langkawi semalam akan menjalani saringan Covid-19.
