Health DG Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Sunday (March 29) said the ministry is prepared to use all its training institutes as Covid19 quarantine centres which would provide an additional 19,200 beds if there is a surge in cases. Read also:

Health Director-General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the cumulative total Covid-19 patients who have recovered is 479.

“This is 18.2% of the total number of Covid-19 cases in the country, ” said Dr Noor Hisham at a press conference here.He also announced that three more patients died in the past 24 hours, bringing the total of Covid-19 deaths in Malaysia to 37.
