PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Health Ministry (MOH) will conduct a risk assessment in the Tawar sub-district, Baling in Kedah to ascertain if there is a need to implement the targeted enhanced movement control order (MCO) in the area.

Its minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said any announcement on the implementation will only be made by the National Security Council after discussions with MOH.

"The announcement will be made by Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob," Dr Adham told the media after launching the MyDebit ATM card payment campaign here Friday . The campaign, which is from July 1 to Dec 31, gives customers the opportunity to use debit cards to pay their medical bills at MOH facilities during the campaign period and get a chance to win prizes.

"The payment method using ATM cards, apart from facilitating patient movement, can also reduce the risk of transmission of infectious diseases such as Covid-19," he added.
