PETALING JAYA: The Covid-19 cluster involving cleaning contractors in Kuala Lumpur has ended, says Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

"The cluster was detected following the screening of 10 foreign workers under the company's own initiative to screen its foreign workers.

Dr Noor Hashim said three workers and a close contact, all Indonesians, tested positive for the virus on March 24.Dr Noor Hashim said this meant that 11 out of the 15 clusters detected in the workplace have ended. He added a total of 10,362 individuals were screened from the total 15 clusters as of Thursday involving 4,242 locals and 6,120 foreigners.
