KOTA KINABALU: Almost 20% of Saturday’s (Dec 11) new Covid-19 cases in Sabah involved children under the age of 12.

Minister in charge of Covid-19 matters in Sabah, Datuk Masidi Manjun said out of the 287 new cases, more than 50 are children who were not yet eligible to be vaccinated.

"Out of today’s total cases, 277 are under stages one and two," he said."As for seven others, their diagnoses are still pending verification from the Health Department," he said.Article type: metered
