Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, kluster berkenaan Kluster Hentian membabitkan daerah Hulu Langat dengan kes indeks 18,664 dikenal pasti positif hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 15 Oktober lalu dan sudah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh .
Dr Noor Hisham berkata, kluster kedua adalah Kluster Bukit membabitkan daerah Melaka Tengah, Alir Gajah dan Jasin di Melaka. "Saringan itu juga mendapati 73 individu negatif manakala seorang saja masih menunggu laporan saringan," katanya.
