IPOH, Nov 28 — Police are investigating on a procession which involved a helicopter and individuals on horses that was held in Ipoh town yesterday believed for the final journey of the owner of the oldest Indian traditional costume shop here.
”Procession or parade is not allowed according to the standard operating procedures set by the National Security Council , especially for funeral procession. He said appropriate action would be taken based on the report received by the police on the incident.
