Indira’s lawyer Rajesh Nagarajan said Ipoh High Court judge Bhupindar Singh Gurcharan Singh Preet has ordered the AGC, representing the police, to file the affidavit detailing all action taken since May 30, 2014. The court also told police to track down Prasana, with a direct order for the police to update Indira’s lawyers or the court on the case developments once a month until her daughter was found.

should the IGP be held responsible. I remember hearing the police said 'we are trying to convince him to return'. Not sure if I remember it right but where there is an court order do they need to convince? or delaying for the child to be adult?
