Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the suspect was arrested in Temerloh, Pahang on Tuesday ."We are investigating under Section 506 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act," he told a press conference on Wednesday .
He added that the investigation paper will be forwarded to the Attorney-General's Chambers, once police have wrapped up the investigation. DAP Socialist Youth lodged a police report last week on a Facebook user, who issued a death threat against Lim.
