NSTnation Cops looking for trio over torched Penampang shop

District police chief Deputy Superintendent Mohd Haris Ibrahim said in the 12.55am incident on Sunday, the trio, wearing hats and masks, were spotted pouring gasoline at the premises.The owner of the shop, Mohd Haris said was alerted by a friend.

"When the owner arrived at the scene, the fire was already put out by the public,” he said in a statement, adding that chairs, tables and doors were destroyed in the fire.Mohd Haris urged the public to assist police by providing information on the suspects.Related stories
