KUALA LUMPUR: RM70,000 worth of compound notices were issued to patrons and owners of premises following raids on three entertainment outlets in the city on Thursday (April 7).

Kuala Lumpur Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Azman Ayob said the compound notices were issued to 67 patrons and three nightclub owners for violating the Covid-19 standard operating procedures .SAC Azman advised the public to adhere to the Covid-19 SOP to reduce the infection rate of the virus.

"Those with information on SOP violations, especially at entertainment outlets, can relay it to the police via the Volunteer Smartphone Patrol application or contact the nearest police station.
