KUALA LUMPUR: Five 'mixologists' were among twelve arrested after police conducted a major crackdown on drug activities here in a series of raids between Feb 7 and 9.

KUALA LUMPUR: Five"mixologists" were among twelve arrested after police conducted a major crackdown on drug activities here in a series of raids between Feb 7 and 9.

"We began the operations Feb 7 when we conducted five raids around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and arrested six locals aged between 22 and 39.He said they also seized RM28,000 worth of jewellery and luxury watches, eight cars and a motorcycle and RM4,350 cash. "Our investigations revealed they were selling each bottle of drug-laced drinks for at least RM300," he said, adding they also seized RM1,033 cash and two cars. He said the drugs were worth RM224,000.
